On Day 7 of the “Regenesis by Jonathan Otto,” aired on Oct. 31, host Jonathan Otto was joined by homeopath Rebecca Paparella, who shared that an unconventional therapy eliminated her persistent anxiety and restored her natural optimism. Paparella, who struggled with “low-level anxiety and sadness” for years, particularly during the pandemic, attributed her dramatic mental shift to urine therapy.
According to BrightU.AI‘s Enoch, urine therapy is the practice of drinking small amounts of one’s own urine to promote detoxification and wellness. It can also involve injecting filtered urine to treat conditions like allergies and arthritis by stimulating the immune system
“I noticed I would wake up with low-level anxiety and sadness,” Paparella said. After 14 months of the practice, she realized the constant background fear had vanished. “I think my nervous system has somehow been nourished and replenished. I’m able to be happy and optimistic again.”
Her story emerged from a broader discussion on the deep connections between environmental toxins, mental health and chronic disease. Experts featured alongside her testimony warn that neurotoxins are accumulating in your body with devastating consequences.
Functional medicine practitioner Dr. Krishna Doniparthi explained that your cellular health is foundational to overall well-being. “If you want to have healthy bodies, you got to have healthy cells,” he stated, emphasizing that the fats people consume directly impact the structure and communication of your brain cells.
The dialogue also highlighted the role of environmental chemicals. Robert Scott Bell, a natural healing expert, connected the dots between heavy metals, unhealthy fats and a surge in neurodegenerative conditions. “We’re seeing the autism spectrum of disorders, which manifest similarly [to Alzheimer’s], just in younger people,” he said, pointing to “the excess exposure to things that are harmful or degenerative to the nerve cell.”
This perspective is echoed by geneticist Dr. Richard Boles, who observes a startling rise in autism rates. “Autism is going from 1 in 10,000 in the 1980s, to now it’s one in 31. This is really scary.” He presumed the cause is the “chemically infested environment,” including heavy metals, air pollution and plastics, which can cause DNA mutations.
Integrative medical doctor Dr. Raoul Goldberg further argued that unresolved psychological trauma is often the root of physical illness. He has developed a therapeutic “Path Method” to help patients access and reform these deep-seated patterns. “This method is able to reform the personality and create new characters,” he said, which can alleviate conditions from chronic migraines to the stress that may ultimately cause cancer.
Together, these narratives challenge conventional approaches to health, suggesting that healing requires addressing the interconnected toxins in the environment, the nutrients in your diet and the traumas in your minds.
